Floyd Mayweather is used to leaving his opponents trembling inside the ring but his latest Instagram posts - showing off his Halloween costume - are sure to leave his followers doing the same.

The undefeated champion, who has a 49-0 record, recently retired from the sport after beating Andre Berto by unanimous decision in Las Vegas.

Pictured with gun - which is unclear whether it's real or not - and wads of cash, Mayweather gave his fans a real fright.

Mayweather captioned the Instagram post: 'I hit the target 49 times #Sniper #SharpShooter,' in reference to his boxing record.
