Kim is with Dr. Boris Baisman, he is the family doctor and he is at the house to visit Khloe because she is sick. Khloe tells him that her throat is sore, she is achy, and not hungry. He checks her fever, it is normal – he also takes a test for coronavirus. It is going to take a few days to get the results, so he advises her to self-isolate until she gets them. The doctor leaves, Kim leaves with him, she doesn’t want to get sick.

At Kim’s house, she offers her mother and Kendall a cup of tea. Kanye is also quarantined, he doesn’t feel well either. Kim thinks Kanye has the flu. Kris tells Kim to take Kanye in some soup, she is concerned that he hasn’t eaten. They talk about the lockdown, Kris says she can’t go anywhere because she has to stick around for her mom. Kim is worried about her children.

Kim says they are self-shooting the episode because they want to stay away from everyone. Kim wants to make sure that everyone is healthy and safe, during this confusing and high stressful time. Khloe calls Kim and tells her that she is having the worst migraines and she is throwing up. Khloe is thankful that Tristan is in town so he can spend time with True while Khloe is getting better.

At Kris’s house, they call M.J. Kris heard that if you are 65 or older it is dangerous and she worries about her mom because she is 85 with some underlying conditions. She is alone, so Kris drops off food. Kris is worried that she is going to get depressed all alone.

At Khloe’s house, she calls Tristan, he is celebrating his birthday with True. Meanwhile, Kris is upset that she can’t take care of Khloe for the risk that she will get infected and give it to her mom. Kim goes over to her mother’s house and gets snacks and some hand sanitizer for the kids.

Khloe is on the phone with Khadijah, Malika is in labor; Khloe wishes she could be there for her. Khloe texts the doctor and asks if there is any way she can be there for Malika’s birth. He says because of the pandemic and how ill she is, they are not allowing visitors. Khloe is heartbroken, she wants to be there for her.

Khloe calls Malika, who is having contractions while she is on the phone with her. Malika says she is excited, Khloe gives her encouragement.

California goes into a statewide lockdown. Kris’ watching the news, every single thing that they do in their lives, the way they eat, has been affected. She can’t see her kids and her grandchildren. Khloe is so sick, and Kris feels bad that she can’t take care of her, it has been a week and she has not gotten the results back yet. Kris is assuming the worst and hoping for the best.

Kim has the kids at home with school being canceled. She makes macaroni and cheese for them and plays with them the best she can to keep them busy. Khloe is still really sick, she called Kris at 5 am because she was so sick. Her cough is bad, her shaking, her teeth were chattering as she was talking to Kris, who was so panicked. Kim’s gut tells her that Khloe does have the virus because she is so sick. On March 18th the results came back, Kim was negative, Kanye was positive and Khloe was positive.
Kris is devastated that Khloe is positive, the hardest part about this is that nobody can go over and take care of her. Kim calls Kourtney, they talk about how sick Khloe is. Kim tells Kourtney that the hospitals are saying don’t go in. They promise to keep each other posted.

Khloe says she is starting to feel a little better but wants everyone to take it seriously because it spreads fast. She can’t believe that people are out there and celebrating spring break.

Kyle says she kept her pregnancy secret and stayed in the house, there were even helicopters flying over the house. She kept herself busy and there are things they can do to keep themselves busy.

Kris organized a video call for lunch. Kourtney and Scott are in Palm Springs, the rest are at their homes. Khloe is finally feeling better, but she is still in her pj’s in her bedroom. Kris tells them that M.J. is doing ok, but she misses her and she is all alone in that apartment because of her fracture. The longer this goes, Kris feels a sense of loss that she can’t be with her.

Kris can finally spend time with M.J., they are together in Palm Springs. Everyone is struggling right now and Kris just wants her mom in good spirits.

Quarantine day 13, Khloe is feeling better, she Facetimes Malik and gets to see her son, Ace Flores. Khloe is thrilled to see the baby and Malik. Malik says it is so weird that she has no pictures of Ace and Khloe and he is already a week old. Khloe says thank God she didn’t see Malik, because she tested positive.
